Getting Started

Our platform runs in your phone's web browser — no app store download needed. Follow the steps below once, and you'll have a one-tap icon on your home screen that opens the app full-screen, just like a regular app.

Create your clinician account

Go to https://altitudemedicaltransport.com and scroll to the "Join Sky Nurses" section. Select the clinician option, enter your details, and our team will review your request. Once approved, you'll receive access to the mission board, your profile, and everything you need for your first mission.

Add the app to your Android phone

Open Chrome and go to https://altitudemedicaltransport.com, then sign in with your email and password.
Tap the three dots (⋮) in the top-right corner of Chrome.
Tap "Add to Home screen" (on some phones it's under "Install app").
Confirm the name and tap "Add" or "Install."
The icon now appears on your home screen — tap it any time to open the app directly.

Using Samsung Internet instead of Chrome? Tap the menu bar at the bottom, then "Add page to" → "Home screen."

Add the app to your iPhone

Open Safari and go to https://altitudemedicaltransport.com, then sign in with your email and password.
Tap the Share button (the square with an arrow pointing up) at the bottom of the screen.
Scroll down and tap "Add to Home Screen."
Confirm the name and tap "Add" in the top-right corner.
The icon now appears on your home screen — tap it any time to open the app directly.

Tips

Do this once and stay signed in — you won't need to re-enter your password each visit.
If prompted by your phone, allow notifications so you receive mission alerts and new message notices.
Use the same address on your computer, too: just go to https://altitudemedicaltransport.com and sign in.
